Case studies
In branch experience
Lead the redesign of iPads that were used in-branch by a popular retail bank. Throughout the project, I planned and carried out workshops, interviews, and ideation sessions. I also created affinity maps, journey maps, and prioritized features. As a final output, I created an interactive prototype that was handed off to the client.
E-learning
Worked on creating a white-labeled e-learning tool that had to be easy to use at the same time that it could accommodate big quantities of data and complex company structures. I worked in 2 weeks sprints to formulate hypotheses, conduct market research, prioritize features, and define requirements. I also defined user flows, use cases and different solutions. Throughout the whole project, I performed user testing to validate ideas and discover new areas of improvement.
Vinaya
Performed a complete app redesign, including redefining app features. I conducted data analysis, one-on-one interviews, focus groups, competitor analysis, and testing sessions. After this, I ran an ideation session to create a visual solution of the features. The outcome was a completely new app, with features tailored to the need of the users.
